from the first telephone call Dave made me feel at ease. dave�s expertise/knowledge/skills and patience are second to none. he never once raised his voice, or chastised my errors. he instead laughed at my �brain fades� and �blonde moments�, corrected my errors and helped me move on from them. In my opinion this was a much better way for me to learn and retain the information I was being taught.

he thoroughly explained techniques, and built my confidence week by week. even when I felt I wasn�t doing so well, hearing dave say that we were �right on track� lifted my spirits and boosted my confidence.
